Our on-line coaching is structured as a series of short review session, weekly for 3 months. Each session will focus on the original ROI and/or key business goals identified during the initial implementation of the system. ACC will offer suggestions on how these can be achieved and what further education is required to support users in meeting them. The project team responsible for the CRM system will be the primary participants in these sessions.
Our on-site coaching is designed to cover a wider constituency of users. These sessions are are I hour duration and can take a number of different forms from detailed reworking of the system with the Project Team to group sassions with users from a specific team looking to enhance their understanding, engagement and support of the system.
